The firm is the undisputed leader in Connecticut for conducting requests for proposals (RFPs) on behalf of Towns and Cities across the state. Our well-established RFP process assists towns and cities in procuring power purchase agreements (PPAs) for solar and fuel cells to serve the municipalities, often at a substantial cost savings to the town and city.
