Our experience includes land leasing, municipal tax and PILOT agreements, the negotiation of power purchase agreements, engineering, procurement and construction agreements, operation and maintenance agreements, asset purchase agreements and MIPAs, due diligence for banks, lenders, and private equity firms, and other renewable energy and energy efficiency industry specific contracts.
