Attorney Paul Michaud and Allen Sabins, managing partner of CSW Energy, have estimated that the town will save 40 percent on its electrical bills, representing $1 million in savings over the 20-year life of the systems, officials said.
NORTH STONINGTON — Greenskies Renewable Energy of Middletown, Conn., has been selected to install solar arrays at the town’s school buildings and Center for Emergency Services. Work will begin this summer and all five arrays are supposed to be installed by the spring of 2020.
