Attorney Dylan Gillis is well-versed in many aspects of renewable energy, including licensing and permitting requirements, power purchase agreements; project finance; and tax incentives.
He has experience working with the United States Department of Energy, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and state and local governments. Dylan is a former intern at the Federal Environmental Protection Agency and the Ocean Renewable Power Company, a renewable energy company with projects worldwide. Dylan has also edited and published articles on land use and zoning regulations.
Attorney Gillis is admitted to the Connecticut bar. He received his Juris Doctor degree and Master’s Degree in Energy Regulation from the Vermont Law School.
